In Build, click Add a question, then choose Multiple choice. See How to add questions.

3. What it is for

People tick one or more checkboxes. Typical uses: topics, extras, or anything where more than one answer is fine.

4. Edit and require

Click the field to change the wording. Hover it to duplicate or delete. Required questions show a red asterisk. Optional ones do not.

Use Single choice or Dropdown if they must pick only one.

5. Ask AI

In create a form with AI, describe the form and name this type. On a form you already have, open Chat to Edit (the pencil next to Add a question) and ask in a sentence.
