Statement is a heading and body. It is not a field people fill in. Use it as a section on the form.
1. Add it
In Build, click Add a question, then choose Statement. See How to add questions.

2. On the form
Statement lands as a Heading block. Heading settings opens so you can write the heading and optional description. Nothing is collected.

3. What it is for
Nothing is collected. People read the heading and the text, then continue to the next question.
4. Edit and require
Click the field to change the wording. Hover it to duplicate or delete. Required questions show a red asterisk. Optional ones do not.
The picker has 16 types. Statement is the one that does not take an answer. The other 15 collect data.
5. Ask AI
In create a form with AI, describe the form and name this type. On a form you already have, open Chat to Edit (the pencil next to Add a question) and ask in a sentence.
Example:
Add a statement heading Guest details, with a short note to complete this section.

6. Read the draft
The helper replies with a Draft card. Each field shows its type. Check that Statement is in the list. Click Create this form when you want it. Close if you were only trying a prompt. That does not add a form.
