3. What it is for

People select one radio option. Typical uses: arrival time, visit type, a preference with a few clear choices.

4. Edit and require

Click the field to change the wording. Hover it to duplicate or delete. Required questions show a red asterisk. Optional ones do not.

Use Multiple choice if they can pick several. Use Dropdown if you want a compact list instead of radios.

5. Ask AI

In create a form with AI, describe the form and name this type. On a form you already have, open Chat to Edit (the pencil next to Add a question) and ask in a sentence.

Example:

Add a single choice question: Will you attend? Options: Yes I will be there, No I cannot, Not sure yet.

6. Read the draft

The helper replies with a Draft card. Each field shows its type. Check that Single choice is in the list. Click Create this form when you want it. Close if you were only trying a prompt. That does not add a form.
