How to add a Yes / No question

Yes / No is two options. Use it for a simple yes or no.

1. Add it

In Build, click Add a question, then choose Yes / No. See How to add questions.

2. On the form

The question is on the canvas with Yes and No. Question settings opens so you can write the prompt and mark it required.

3. What it is for

People pick one of the two answers. Typical uses: attendance, bring a dish, restock emails.

4. Edit and require

Click the field to change the wording. Hover it to duplicate or delete. Required questions show a red asterisk. Optional ones do not.

If you need more than two choices, use Single choice and write the options yourself.

5. Ask AI

In create a form with AI, describe the form and name this type. On a form you already have, open Chat to Edit (the pencil next to Add a question) and ask in a sentence.

Example:

Add a yes/no question: Will you attend?

6. Read the draft

The helper replies with a Draft card. Each field shows its type. Check that Yes / No is in the list. Click Create this form when you want it. Close if you were only trying a prompt. That does not add a form.
