How to add a Location question

Location collects a place, such as an address or map pin. Use it for delivery, event venue, meetup spot, or where a crew should go. Prefer Location over a free-text city line when you need a real place people can find later.

1. Add it

In Build, click Add a question, then choose Location. See How to add questions.

2. On the form

The field is on the canvas. Question settings opens so you can write the prompt, add hint text, and mark it required.

3. What it is for

People enter or pick a place. Typical uses: delivery address, event venue, meetup spot, or where to send a crew.

4. Edit and require

Click the field to change the wording. Hover it to duplicate or delete. Required questions show a red asterisk. Optional ones do not.

If a short city name is enough, Short text is fine. Use Location when you want a place people can search or pin.

5. Ask AI

In create a form with AI, describe the form and name this type. On a form you already have, open Chat to Edit (the pencil next to Add a question) and ask in a sentence.

Example:

Add a location question for the delivery address.

Message field with a Location prompt

6. Read the draft

The helper replies with a Draft card. Each field shows its type. Check that Location is in the list. Click Create this form when you want it. Close if you were only trying a prompt. That does not add a form.
