When Microsoft Forms is still the right choice
Microsoft Forms is still the right call if your organization already pays for Microsoft 365, you need live Excel sync, Teams distribution, or school/work quizzes inside that tenant. Keep using it there. Choose Formms when you want a phone-first builder that is independent of Microsoft-and remember form.ms is not a Microsoft product.
