Formms ("we", "us") helps you build forms and collect responses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Formms you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information you provide: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Forms you create, including titles, questions, and settings, and the descriptions you give our AI assistant to generate them.
Responses submitted to your forms by your respondents, along with basic technical data such as the browser user agent.
Notification tokens for your devices, used to deliver push notifications when you enable them.

How we use information

To provide and operate the service, including building, hosting, and sharing your forms.
To generate forms from your descriptions using an AI provider.
To send you push notifications you have opted into, such as new-response alerts.
To secure, maintain, and improve Formms.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run Formms: a database host for storage, an AI provider to generate forms from your prompts, and a push-notification service to deliver alerts. We do not sell your personal information or your respondents' data.

Data retention

We keep your account, forms, and responses while your account is active. You can delete forms and their responses at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your responsibilities as a form owner

You are responsible for the data you collect through your forms and for handling it lawfully, including obtaining any consent your respondents are entitled to. Do not use Formms to collect sensitive information unlawfully.

Children

Formms is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
