How good does the photo need to be?
Good enough to read on screen. Keep the page the right way up, get the whole form in frame, and avoid heavy shadow across the text. A straight-on phone photo in normal light works.
My photo came back with nothing in it. Why?
Usually the page was upside down, cropped, too dark, or too blurry to read. Retake it flat and in better light. A PNG saved with a transparent background can also read as blank, so save as JPEG if you are exporting from a design tool.
Is it free?
Yes. Converting and previewing costs nothing and needs no account. You only sign up if you want to keep the form and collect answers, and Formms is free for that too.
Do I have to create an account to see the result?
No. The preview above is the real form, fully fillable, before you decide anything. An account is only needed to save it and start collecting responses.
What happens to my file?
It is sent to our servers, read once by the AI, and used to build the form. We do not keep the file itself. The draft form it produces is deleted automatically after 7 days unless you save it to an account.
How many can I convert?
A few per hour without an account, which covers normal use. Sign in if you need to work through a stack of files in one sitting.
Can I edit the questions afterwards?
