Copy the share URL from Google Forms (forms.gle or docs.google.com/forms).
We encode the URL in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
Save a PNG, drop it on a flyer or table tent, and test-scan before you order prints.
Fast path from a public Google Forms link to a printable QR code.

Generation runs locally in your browser. We do not save your form URL.
forms.gle short links and full docs.google.com/forms URLs both work.
Put the code on slides, badges, or handouts so people open the form without typing.
Capture feedback or signups while the visit is still fresh.
Scale the code for distance, keep contrast high, and add a short CTA beside it.
Open your Google Form, copy the share link (a forms.gle short URL or the longer docs.google.com/forms link), paste it into this generator, choose a style if you want, then click generate and download the PNG.
That PNG is what you print or drop onto a poster, slide, receipt, or packaging. Anyone who scans it opens your form in their phone browser. For a fuller print and placement guide, see how to make a QR code for a form.
Yes. This tool is free to use, with no watermark, no signup, and no per-download limit from Formms. Generation runs in your browser.
Google Forms itself is also free for standard sharing. If your Workspace admin restricts form sharing, that is separate from this QR tool.
Yes, within this tool. Pick from the style rail beside the preview: classic black-and-white, blue or coral dots, forest green, or a dark background with light modules.
We do not add logos or watermarks to the download. Keep contrast high (dark modules on a light field, or the inverse dark style) so phone cameras can still read the code.
Anywhere people can pause long enough to aim a camera: classroom and event slides, table tents, posters, flyers, business cards, product packaging, lobby counters, email signatures (as an image), and social posts.
Pair the code with a short call to action such as “Scan to RSVP” or “30-second feedback” so the square is not a mystery. Placement tips for feedback use cases are in how to collect customer feedback with a QR code.
The PNG you download here is a static QR code. It encodes the URL you pasted and does not expire on Formms’s side. It keeps working as long as that form URL still opens.
If you delete the form, close responses, or change the share link, scans will fail or show an error until you generate a new code with the updated URL.
Editing questions, options, or settings inside the same form usually does not require a new QR code. Scanners still open the same URL, and respondents see your latest form.
You only need a new QR if the public link itself changes, or if you replace the form with a completely new one.
This generator creates a static code. Formms does not count scans, locations, or devices for that PNG.
You can still see who submitted the form inside Google Forms responses. For placement tests, use separate short links or UTMs per poster if your stack supports redirects, then encode each link in its own QR.
Download the PNG, open it on a second screen or print a draft, then scan with an iPhone or Android camera app. Confirm the correct form loads, that it is the “anyone with the link” setting you intended, and that it works at the real viewing distance and lighting of your poster or table tent.
Test before you order a large print run.
Only if you restricted the form to signed-in Google users. If sharing is set so anyone with the link can respond, people can fill it after a scan without creating a Gmail account.
Check File → Settings / Responder settings in Google Forms before you print codes for the public.
Google Forms focuses on building and collecting responses. Some Workspace Marketplace add-ons can generate QR codes, but they vary in price, limits, and quality.
This page is a free, browser-only alternative: paste your share URL, customize a style, and download a PNG with no watermark and nothing uploaded to our servers.
Yes. Short forms.gle links usually produce cleaner, less dense codes than very long docs.google.com/forms URLs, which helps when you print small (stickers, badges, business cards).
Either link type works in this generator as long as it opens the live form in a browser.
No. Encoding happens on your device. We do not store your form link, and we do not require an account to generate or download.
This tool downloads a high-resolution PNG, which is ideal for digital use and most everyday print (flyers, handouts, table tents). There is no watermark on the file.
For huge vinyl banners you may still want a designer to place the PNG at adequate size, or regenerate after confirming the URL is final.
If you are not locked into Google Forms, Formms builds forms from a prompt and includes a short link plus downloadable QR on the share screen, which skips a separate generator for many day-to-day surveys.

Formms creates the form from a prompt and ships a short link plus QR with every share screen.
