Enter rating counts and get a Customer Satisfaction Score. Use a 5-point scale, a 7-point scale, or already-totaled satisfied and total counts. You can optionally compare the result to a published industry reference.

The tool is at form.ms/tools/csat-calculator.

1. Open the calculator

Go to the CSAT Calculator. CSAT is (satisfied divided by total) times 100.

2. Pick a scale and enter counts

Choose 5-point, 7-point, or Totals. On a 5-point scale, 4 and 5 count as satisfied. On a 7-point scale, 5, 6, and 7 count as satisfied. Type how many people chose each rating. Industry reference is optional.

3. Read the score

You get CSAT as a percentage, the satisfied count, and an average rating. Your own trend line matters more than any published midpoint.

Numbers never leave your browser. For willingness to recommend, use the NPS Calculator.
