Enter how many people scored each recommend answer and get a Net Promoter Score. You can type bucket totals (promoters, passives, detractors) or each score from 0 to 10. The math stays in your browser.

The tool is at form.ms/tools/nps-calculator.

1. Open the calculator

Go to the NPS Calculator. NPS is % promoters minus % detractors. Promoters are 9 to 10, passives are 7 to 8, detractors are 0 to 6.

2. Enter your counts

Choose Buckets or Scores 0 to 10. Type the number of responses in each box. Click Reset if you want to start over.

3. Read the score

The page shows the NPS, the mix of promoters, passives, and detractors, and a stacked breakdown. The score runs from -100 to +100. Passives sit in the total. They are not subtracted.

Counts are not saved on Formms servers. For satisfaction with one visit or ticket, use the CSAT Calculator.
