How to share a link or QR code

Once a form is published, it gets a short public URL on form.ms and a QR code you can download. People who fill it in do not need an account or the app.

A Draft has no public link yet. Opening Share before you publish shows Ready to go live, and you need at least one question. Publish first, then copy the URL.

1. Open Share

In the form, click the Share tab.

2. Copy the link

Share → Link shows https://form.ms/{id}. Click Copy, or Open form to try it yourself. The card underneath is the link preview for WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Click Customise to change the title or description.

To put the form on your own site, use an embed.

3. Download a QR code

In the Share sidebar, click QR code. Print it or put it on a screen, then Download QR code.
