Your name in the header opens Account settings and Sign out. This is the account that owns every form, on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps.
1. Open the menu
Click your name in the top-right, then Account settings. Direct URL: my.form.ms/settings/account.
2. Account
Here you can change your display name and see the email on the account. Response alerts is on this page too. The sidebar lists Account, Notifications, Support, Danger zone, and Sign out.
3. Notifications
Email notifications is account-wide. It is not the same as the per-form Email me on new responses switch.
To get an email for one form only, leave this off and turn on the switch under that form’s Form settings → Notifications.
4. Support
FAQ plus Contact us, which opens the public Formms contact form with your name and email filled in. Privacy policy and Terms of service are linked here too.
5. Danger zone
Delete account removes the account. Formms also documents emailing [email protected] if you need a full deletion request.
